Request an Exchange/Return

Before requesting an exchange or return, please consult the Return Policy and make sure you meet all the conditions set out therein.

Please note that exchange/return requests for personalized products or products made according to your specifications cannot be accepted, as their return is not possible pursuant to art. 16 letter c) of GEO no. 34/2014.

To initiate a return request, please log into your customer account using the email address with which you placed the order. You will receive a secure 6-digit code at that address. In the "Orders" section, access the order subject to the return and select the items for which you are requesting an exchange/return.

If you no longer have access to the email address used when placing the order, you can contact us at contact@andreeaveneciuc.com to process the request manually.

After submitting the request, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt at your email address. The request will be analyzed by the Customer Relations team, who will send you a response within 2 business days.

If the request is accepted, you will receive the product return instructions.

Acceptance of the return request does not represent acceptance of the return itself: the products will be examined upon receipt to verify whether they meet the conditions in the Return Policy. You will be contacted regarding the final resolution after this verification is completed.
Please note that the initial shipping cost, if charged, is non-refundable. The return cost will be borne by you, regardless of the outcome of the analysis.
