Return Policy
Andreea Veneciuc Fashion SRL (CUI RO39643877, with registered office in Cornetu City, Bujorului Street No. 22, Ilfov County) wishes to ensure the most pleasant shopping experience possible. We understand that situations may arise where a product does not meet expectations and we are prepared to support you in the return process.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with GEO no. 34/2014 and EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the last product in the order, without invoking any reason and without penalties. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons purchasing as consumers.
The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment of issuing the fiscal invoice, not at the time of placing the order or at the issuance of the automatic receipt confirmation.

Return conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions: they must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanied by the original documents.
Products that show physical modifications, cuts, stains, scratches, traces of use or cleaning, a torn label or any other deterioration compared to the initial condition are not accepted for return.
The consumer is responsible for the diminution in value of the products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer may try on a clothing item, but may not actually wear it.
Products that are damaged or brought to a condition that makes it impossible to resell them as new may incur administrative costs of restoring them to their original condition of up to 100% of the product value. The amount of these costs will be communicated to the client upon receipt of the products.
How to initiate a return
To request a return, log into your customer account using the email address with which you placed the order. You will receive a 6-digit verification code at that address. Access the order and select the products for which you are requesting the return.
If you no longer have access to the email address used when placing the order, contact us at contact@andreeaveneciuc.com to process the request manually.
After submitting the request, you will immediately receive a confirmation at your email address. The request will be analyzed within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned products.
Important: the acceptance of the return request does not represent acceptance of the return itself. The products will be examined upon receipt to verify the conditions above. You will be contacted regarding the final resolution after the verification is completed.

The consumer bears the return costs. It is recommended to use a courier service that offers confirmation of receipt and parcel tracking.
Defective or incorrectly delivered products
If you have received a defective, damaged or different product from the one ordered, contact us immediately at contact@andreeaveneciuc.com. All shipping and return costs will be borne by Andreea Veneciuc Fashion SRL. If you notice visible damage to the parcel upon receipt, we recommend that you refuse receipt and request the preparation of a report with the representative of the courier company.
Refund
The refund is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method. For orders paid cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account communicated by the consumer.
If the delivered product does not correspond to the specifications on the site or was delivered incorrectly, the refund also includes the initial delivery costs.
